Contributions from both theoretical and applied perspectives are welcome. Contributed talk are about 20 minutes. The abstract and title of contributed talks should be submitted to Zhuoheng He via email zhuohenghe@shu.edu.cn by June 15, 2023, using the LaTeX template .Participants will be notified regarding abstract acceptance by July 15, 2023.
